As the partner-in-charge, Jon recently completed the Hudson River Park Trust Pier 62 Carousel Building in New York City — a project created in conjunction with the landscape office of Michael Van Valkenburgh Associates. Participating in the New York City Department of Design and Construction Design Excellence program, Jon guided CDR Studio’s FDNY Ladder Company 08 "Ghostbusters" gut renovation through construction documentation. He is currently leading the FDNY Marine Company 01 project, a new pier and rescue boat facility under construction on the Hudson River. Both the Carousel and MC1 garnered New York City AIA awards.

He has been an adjunct professor at the Rhode Island School of Design in the Department of Architecture and served on juries at Harvard GSD and Pratt.
