Delaware River House Completed.
CDR re-purposed an existing raised platform to create a bespoke respite for a favorite client. Apertures and circulation are organized to frame views of the river and canal while maintaining privacy and intimacy.

Adirondack Residence Construction Commences.
Construction begins on the replacement of a termite riddled farmhouse in upstate New York. CDR designed a bespoke cabin for a musician within the same footprint of the old house.
